Educational Incentive Program (EIP)
The Educational Incentive Program (EIP) is a scholarship program which helps providers pay for high quality training and education they need to provide quality care to children. Child Care providers must be caring for children in a facility regulated by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services or the New York City Department of Health.
